By purchasing this item and following activation, you will receive wireless service from SpeedTalk Mobile.
SpeedTalk offers its services through subscription plans which auto-renew every 30 days. Service begins as soon as you activate your service. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month, until you cancel. There is No Contract,
Cancellations can be made any time by contacting customer support. A valid credit card is required to cover overages in case you exceed the applicable Voice, SMS and Data limits. To avoid overage charges, you should purchase the appropriate plan for your anticipated needs.
this offering, you will receive a SIM card and an instructional flyer.This plan can be activated once on the Nation fastest growing wireless networks on which SpeedTalk provides service to as long as the device is compatible with that network.
SpeedTalk utilizes the best network in America for talk, text and data service. Please review the coverage map recommended for this plan (see above) to ensure that you reside in an area where
service is provided on your device. You likely do, but you will want to verify.
Activate service via www.speedtalkmobile.com/activate.
You will not be able to exceed the allotted amount of voice or texts. If you exhaust your credits, you may purchase additional credits directly at www.speedtalkmobile.com/refill.
When you are running low on your credits, a notification message and an email will be sent to you. You will also receive a notification that your service will expire on the last day of your service term. You will be notified to refill your account with
additional service(s) should you exhaust any monthly allotment for either voice or text, or when your service term expires.
You must utilize a compatible device in order to use SpeedTalk Mobile. Any device that is currently active under a contract, has been suspended for non-payment, or reported lost or stolen may be ineligible for use with this service. Additional
exclusions may apply.
Please note that these plans do not include any rollover. Any unused plan minutes, text or data that you do not use by the end of your monthly cycle will not roll over into the next one.
We do not ship items outside
of the USA or to Freight Forwarders. Service plans that are sold to Freight Forwarders will be cancelled and refunded

Want to bring your pre-existing number over to SpeedTalk? Not a problem! We however have a small number of requirements that need to be met, please make sure you can meet the following criteria:
You can bring your number over to SpeedTalk from all the US carriers and mobile operators including but not limited to Boost Mobile, Page Plus, Virgin Mobile, and more.
Keep updated on the status of bringing your phone number to SpeedTalk. You may receive an email from us with a reference ticket number to give you updates on your port process and see when your phone number is ported into SpeedTalk.
It is important to be 100% accurate with your porting information. Make sure your existing number is ACTIVE with your phone company and remember to get your Account # and PIN from your current phone company. If incorrect information is provided, it can
provide serious delay to the transfer. In some cases, delays may also be from your current wireless service provider as they can be slow in releasing your number.

Cancellations / Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase of this prepaid service. If you are not satisfied with your service and it is within 30 days of receiving your starter kit, we will refund your purchase in full.
However, if you have consumed more than 30 minutes, 30 texts, or 30MB of data, it will be considered buyer's remorse and a refund will not be available.
If you do not contact us to cancel the plan within this 30 day period, or if you consume more than 30 minutes, 30 texts or 30MB of data, your purchase will be considered buyer's remorse and you will no longer qualify for a refund.

What devices will work with this service?
SpeedTalk Mobile service works with nearly any unlocked T-Mobile compatible phones, and unlocked GSM devices.
What devices will NOT work with this service?
Even though we work with all different types of unlocked GSM devices, some exclusions apply. These include:
Locked Tracfone devices
Boost/Virgin Mobile Branded devices
Devices reported lost or stolen
reported for fraud
Devices under an existing contract with another carrier or if funds are still owed to your old carrier so they block the use of your phone with us.
Is it really a one-time fee and I get the service?
Yes it is! Just a one-time fee and you get plan for the allocated amount of service and duration.
Q - What if I run out of minutes/texts/data in the middle of the month?
If you run out of your allotted credit per month, don't worry, we don't charge pricey overages. However, you won't be able to use that specific service that was exhausted until your next monthly cycle renews. So if you run out of minutes only, you could
still text and surf the web. If you need more credit mid-month, we offer two options: a $5 and a $10 Cash Card options.
$5 option: 250 minutes or 250 texts or 250 MB of data
$10 option: 500 minutes or 500 texts or 500 MB of data

Q - What coverage does SpeedTalk use?
We all have moments where we wish we had that carrier but didn't want that price. At SpeedTalk, we're making it easy for you. One plan over the fast growing network. Just make sure that you have the SIM card and compatible device.
Q - Can I make international calls?
Yes, you have the option to enable international calling. You can also purchase additional international dialing credits by contacting our customer service.
Q - Can I send international text messages?
Yes, international text messaging is available! And you will be charged as if you are texting a regular domestic Text.
Q - Does my plan include MMS (multimedia messages, ie. picture messages)?
Yes, it sure does!
